We just got off the Bliss and they had both a Cavern Club and a District Brewhouse. All three have live entertainment but more limited piano player / vocalist type entertainment at the District Brewhouse on cruises I have been on.

I was under the impression that since both had to pay for the FAS Plus that both would get it. @kohanfam You should be fine just make your show reservations on your cabin TV when you get in your stateroom. The hardest reservations are the specialty Restaurants which is why I did that first. It should be on you online reservation off of the NCL App. I think is was like $550.00 for the two of us with the cabana. In regards to entertainment on the Breakaway, we agree with you on the beer house.
